Poor Quality of Black Print

The black printed image is not a rich black but more a dark gray -- they use Direct To Garment printing which sits on top of the fabric, so it is not like a thick ink that penetrates the fabric. Despite that, the black is not rich, it looked like a faded print, because of how it is printed. They should create a CMYK mix of a rich black for the print. I wrote to Night Channels about this -- no offers of replacement. Wouldn't buy from them again because it looks weak.
